Stale and reheated food can be very harmful - harmful in the short term because bacteria start to accumulate on every food, and permanently harmful in the long term (this is especially true for fats that are formed during frying). In addition to the aforementioned fried food, do not eat these foods for dinner:
1. Roasted red meat
Pork roast, veal or lamb meat are very dangerous, as the structure changes during heat treatment, which is highly carcinogenic. If you reheat such meat twice, toxic substances start forming in the meat, which can cause digestive disorders at best, and colon cancer at worst.
2. Poultry
We also strongly advise against reheating poultry such as chicken and other fowl. Eating cold chicken is much healthier. Recycled chicken meat can cause numerous stomach and gastrointestinal issues. Pay attention to this also in restaurants and fast food kiosks.
3. Soups
Soups are probably the most common type of dish and it is known that reheated and stale soups are (almost) as good as fresh. This is true, but it applies only to vegetable soups (especially if they are green because chlorophyll retains freshness). However, if meat was cooked in the soup, after a few days the soup develops a sour taste, which is a sign of oxidation and the presence of toxic substances.
If you still want to store vegetable soup for a few days, do not store it in metallic containers, and instead of the refrigerator, put it in the freezer. Also, only keep it for no more than 3 days.
