Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized carrots
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of water
- teaspoon of fresh and finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds
- ginger to taste
First, put carrots and water in a blender. Once you get a smooth thick paste, add the remaining ingredients. Blend for a few minutes until you get an evenly thick mixture. The quantity is enough for the whole day, drink it between meals.
Pour the drink into a glass container, which you can also keep in the refrigerator.
