Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup of fresh and washed spinach
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- pinch of mint
- sprig of parsley
- 1/2 cup of water
Avocado peel and cut into small pieces. Wash and dry spinach, parsley, and mint well, then mix all the ingredients in a blender. At the very end, add honey and grated ginger.
This mixture is recommended to be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach, or after each heavier meal. So, do not overeat so that you have enough space for a healthy drink.
