Rice and buckwheat for stronger health

Do you know how healthy rice pudding is? Cook it over low heat for at least an hour and a half or until it starts to fall apart. Stir constantly while cooking, and do not cover the pot. Drain off any excess water. Once the grains start to fall apart, remove the pot from the heat and let it stand for another half an hour, then drain the water and blend the rice in a blender until smooth. You can then add a little sugar and a pinch of salt for better taste, add a little water and bring it to a boil again. Drain the rice and soak it in cold water for 2 hours. Strain the prepared rice grains again and spread them on a baking tray. Place the tray in an oven preheated to the lowest temperature to dry the rice. Be patient as the dried rice will be ground into homemade, natural, and healthy rice flour. So far, this is just the preparation, the essence of this recipe follows. If you want to take care of your health and cleanse your body from the inside out, prepare the following drink about 20 minutes before your first meal: In a glass of milk (it doesn't have to be cow's milk, it can also be coconut or almond), add a tablespoon of rice flour and a tablespoon of freshly ground buckwheat grains. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey to taste. Mix well and drink it. If you drink this every morning, you will see the first results in a few days, and you will immediately notice improved digestion. After a week, your health will definitely be better, and the biggest difference will be visible on your skin. Because of improved digestion and blood circulation, your skin will be more elastic and have a nicer color.
