By consuming the drink made from flax seeds, you can treat internal inflammations, gastritis, stomach ulcers, chronic constipation, and even hemorrhoids.
Preparation:
Bring approximately a liter of water to a boil. Once the water boils, remove the pot from the heat and add 3 large tablespoons of flax seeds. Stir, cover with a lid (or plate), and let it stand overnight.
