Ginger is carrot's best friend. Find out why!
Studies show that the combination of carrots and ginger is the best counterbalance to fast food and acts as a true balm for your health ...
Fast food is harmful because it's fast (we eat it quickly and lose control over calorie intake, plus the body processes it poorly due to the speed). On top of that, it contains a lot of saturated fats, empty ingredients with no nutritional value, and a lot of processed additives.

Because of this, nutritionists suggest that whenever you indulge in fast food, or simply want to cleanse and strengthen your body, you should drink carrot juice with added ginger.

Carrots are packed with beta-carotene (a substance that helps your body produce vitamin A), while ginger has antibacterial properties, and most importantly, it heals and prevents inflammation. Together, they neutralize the mess that fast food creates.

How to make a refreshing carrot-ginger juice?

Adjust the amount of ginger to your taste (we recommend at least a 1:10 ratio of ginger to carrot). Since carrots are sweet and flavorful, you can use more of them. Place both ingredients into a juicer. If you don’t have one, you can use a blender, add a little hot water, and make a smoothie instead.

You can drink this juice in the morning or evening, but at least half an hour before bed, and after drinking it, you shouldn't eat anything else.

Carrot-ginger juice is rich in antioxidants, so it has anti-cancer properties, inhibits the development of metastasis, prevents inflammation, and strengthens the immune system. It protects against breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and colon cancer.

Additionally, the juice is great for your skin as it stimulates the production of collagen in your body, making it rejuvenating and helping to shield your skin from harmful sunlight.

We recommend drinking 1 deciliter of this juice twice a day (morning and evening).
