3 Amazing Recipes for Weight Loss with Warm Water
Once you try these recipes, you might rethink whether to waste your time on other exhausting weight-loss diets ...
The effects of warm water on the body are extraordinary, and it’s certainly the simplest way to kick-start your metabolism and shed a few pounds. Advocates of Ayurvedic nutrition know that boiled warm water strengthens the immune system, gives energy, revives the body, cleanses, and detoxifies it. It’s harmless, simple, and inexpensive.

We present to you three recipes using lukewarm water: one to drink in the morning, another anytime during the day, and the third one recommended in the evening after dinner.

Drink No. 1 Drink this in the morning (after breakfast) and after dinner (ideally, 30 minutes after dinner and 30 minutes before bed). It helps with weight loss and boosts metabolism. The recipe is simple: in a glass of lukewarm boiled water, add the juice of half a lemon and a small spoon of honey. Stir and drink.

Drink No. 2 Drink this in the morning on an empty stomach. It regulates blood sugar levels, gives a feeling of fullness, and suppresses appetite throughout the day. Preparation: in a glass of warm water, add a tablespoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of honey. It is crucial that you drink this mixture on an empty stomach.

Drink No. 3 You can drink this at any time, but it’s best before each meal. This drink reduces appetite, cravings for sweets, helps with weight loss, strengthens the immune system, and improves mood. Preparation: in a glass of hot water (the water should be as warm as possible), add a teaspoon of lemon juice, a small spoon of honey, and a small spoon of cinnamon.

And a final tip: if you don’t like the taste of these drinks, simply drink warm, boiled water.
