Black Lemonade Promising Wonders
The effect of this lemonade on the body is truly unusual, as is its appearance. Make your own black lemonade and try it out ...
Black lemonade was a popular preventive drink and medicine centuries ago. Then came the craze for sweet drinks in unusual colors, but it seems the trend is reversing: black things are becoming more fashionable. Yet, black lemonade is still the queen of all drinks, even if it's black.

Lemonade, by itself, reduces appetite, speeds up metabolism, acts as a cleanser, and melts fat. You can even lose weight with lemonades. It has plenty of vitamins and fiber, but the best feature of any lemonade you drink on an empty stomach is that it shrinks the stomach and you won't have trouble with your diet.

Ingredients for black lemonade:
  • 1 liter of cooled, boiled water
  • Juice of 2 to 4 lemons (depending on taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of activated charcoal
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled. You can adjust the amount of lemon juice to your taste, but remember, you can never have too many lemons. The best effects would be if you drank pure lemon juice without water. But don’t force yourself into this, as you need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

As you can see, the key ingredient in black lemonade is charcoal. Activated charcoal, often referred to as black gold, is also used in cosmetics and was a widespread and effective medicine centuries ago. The unique property of activated charcoal is that it binds to toxic substances, so it’s used for poisonings and intestinal infections. It binds very well to smaller molecules but not to heavier ones (example: iron). Because of its selective properties, activated charcoal is beneficial for daily consumption.

And one more warning: don’t sweeten your black lemonade. It’s better to drink it as it is.
