Foods You Should Avoid After Turning 40
For centuries, it has been known that people's health begins to decline after the age of 40. At that point, you should stop eating certain foods.

1. Refined Carbohydrates
Refined carbohydrates are quickly digested, creating a rapid rise in glucose in the body. This is followed by a quick drop in energy, making you feel hungry and tired quickly. 6. Processed Meat
