What happens if you eat a clove of garlic on an empty stomach?
Garlic is a potent disinfectant with strong antibacterial and antifungal properties, comparable to the best antibiotics, but eating garlic on an empty stomach is something entirely different.
Garlic contains about 400 active substances and is rich in vitamins and minerals such as adenosine, allicin, amino acids, dietary fiber, plant fat, vitamins A, B1 and B2, and C, iron, enzymes, essential oils, iodine, potassium, calcium, selenium ... Regular consumption of garlic stimulates circulation, accelerates blood flow, lowers blood pressure, melts fats in the blood, and protects against heart diseases.

Eating garlic on an empty stomach multiplies these properties at least tenfold!

Folk healers have known the medicinal properties of garlic for centuries and often prescribed it to patients. Modern medicine is increasingly discovering its impact on the development of cancerous diseases. Garlic reduces the risk of many types of cancer, especially colorectal and kidney cancer.

In ancient times, garlic was often used to remove warts. Press garlic onto the wart and leave it overnight. Repeat this for a few days, and the wart will dry out.

If you rub garlic on an ailing joint, the pain can completely disappear.

If you eat a salad with garlic in the evening, you won't have to worry about insomnia, and your muscles won't ache the next day after significant physical exertion.

Despite the medically proven positive properties of garlic, most people still avoid it. Mainly because of the smell.

How to get rid of garlic breath?

First, put 2 to 3 cloves in a glass of water for 10 minutes. In the meantime, carefully peel smaller garlic cloves with your fingers, ensuring you don't damage their surface (do not use a knife). Once the cloves have absorbed the water, swallow them along with the garlic as you would take pills. Eat 2 cloves per garlic clove, and do not consume more than 2 cloves per day.

One more thing ... Ayurvedic dietary principles, despite the medicinal power of garlic, advise against it (they advise against all foods that grow underground) because it overly stimulates the central nervous system, agitates the nervous system, and stimulates sexual power.
