Why should a broccoli smoothie be a summer essential?

After just one week, the incidence of cancer decreased by 44 percent. We know that broccoli strengthens the immune system, reduces the chance of developing cataracts, has a good effect on the heart and blood vessels, strengthens bones, helps reduce bladder cancer, works against colon cancer, helps treat ulcers, stomach cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer.

Necessary ingredients for broccoli smoothie:
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 small cucumber (also chopped)
  • 1 dcl yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended)
  • few drops of lemon juice
Preparation:
You can use raw broccoli or cook it for about 10 minutes (just enough to soften it a bit). Put the broccoli, grapes, and cucumber in a blender and blend until smooth, then add the yogurt and mix everything well.

You should prepare this drink whenever your body has lost a lot of water, and also preventively to strengthen the immune system.
