Ingredients:
- 250 grams of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- parsley
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Soften the butter to room temperature and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic and cut it in half. Put it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the butter, finely chopped onion, parsley, and ground pepper (to taste) in a mixer, then add the cooked and softened garlic. Mix everything well until you get a smooth mixture, and only then add a tablespoon of olive oil to the spread.
Mix everything a bit more, then pour it all into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator (you can also freeze it if you want to have a fresh and healthy spread throughout the winter). Let the spread rest in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
