Ingredients:
- a handful of strawberries
- a handful of blueberries or other berries (raspberries, blackberries, currants)
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 dcl of yogurt or (homemade) kefir
- juice of half a lemon
Put all the ingredients in a blender. If desired, you can add a little honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup. This quantity will also ensure you have enough energy throughout the day (depending on the size of the handful), so we recommend drinking this smoothie in the morning. It's important to wait at least two hours after drinking it without consuming any other food (you can drink plain water) to allow your body to absorb the nutrients and energy from the drink.
A word of caution: due to its high fruit content, do not drink this smoothie after 6 PM.
