3 things you would never put on the grill, but should
We present to you dishes that are almost better grilled than raw - and they're healthy too.
1. Watermelon


Once you get brave enough to grill watermelon, season it a bit. It goes very well with finely chopped onion, a pinch of salt, and a bit of olive oil. Grill for about 5 minutes to caramelize the sugars. You can make a delicious watermelon burger from grilled watermelon.

2. Lettuce

3. Avocado
