Ingredients:
- 2 liters of low fat milk
- 2 spoons of green tea
Buy green tea in specialized stores because it is better than the one in tea bag and provides better effect.
First boil the milk and remove it from the stove. Wait until it cools to about 70 degrees Celsius (it is important that the milk is still hot and not lukewarm). Then add 2 tablespoons of green tea, cover and let it stand for another 20 minutes. Strain the drink, then drink a cup of lukewarm tea every two hours.
