The next important ingredients of this summer skin helper are turmeric and ginger. Both are among the top 10 superfoods, but they can only show all their positive properties if you add a pinch of pepper.
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- a pinch of black or cayenne pepper
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. Freshly grate the ginger. Mix and blend all the ingredients except the pepper into a homogeneous mixture. Add the pepper at the end (if the taste of pepper does not bother you, you can be quite generous).
Drink the juice immediately, as its potency decreases by almost one percent every minute.
