Juice that is better cooked than raw
This juice is full of antioxidants, lowers bad cholesterol, detoxifies the body, prevents cancer – many also call it vegetable blood because of its color.
Of course, we are talking about tomato juice. If you want to take advantage of all its positive properties, the tomatoes must be organically grown. The best juice is the one you squeeze yourself, which has no unknown additives of dubious qualities. It is also very important to lightly heat the juice (up to approximately 70 degrees Celsius) because it is only at this temperature that lycopene starts to form, which even official medicine recognizes for its positive effects in fighting cancer. Lycopene is also the heart's best friend.

Let's look at 7 reasons why you should drink a glass of heated tomato juice every day:

1. Vitamins and minerals
Tomatoes have an above-average amount of vitamins A, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and C, as well as potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, folic acid, lutein, and, if the juice is slightly heated, lycopene. All of this strengthens the immune system.

2. Cancer prevention
Lycopene is an extremely powerful antioxidant that protects the body from free radicals.
