List of fruits with the most sugar
Fruit is extremely beneficial for any organism due to its richness in minerals, but the problem is the sugar content, which sometimes is high, sometimes low, and sometimes we don't even notice it ...
The problem of sugar in fruit is much bigger than it seems. Particularly problematic is the artificially ripened sugar, which is most pronounced in bananas that ripen for months in warehouses far from the sun. Sugar formed in the sun has a much higher value and is therefore less likely to cause diseases.

In any case, it is good to know fruits with a lot of sugar:

Mango
One mango contains about 45 grams of sugar, so it is not the best choice for those struggling with excess weight. Mango in all forms strongly encourages weight gain.

Grapes
Did you know that a handful of grapes contains about 20 grams of sugar? Considering that a handful of grapes isn't much, as we usually eat a whole bunch and more, it's better not to even try to convert this into sugar. Nutritionists suggest that it is much better to cut the grapes in half and freeze them for at least half an hour before eating. You'll eat, or rather lick, significantly fewer.

Cherries
A handful of cherries contains 18 grams of sugar. That's a lot. If you love them, it's very important not to eat too many. Fortunately, fresh cherries are only on the menu for a short time.

Pears
A small pear contains 17 grams of sugar. If possible, don't eat a whole pear. Eat half, if possible, and combine pears with other fruits or vegetables. Cut pears into cubes and eat them throughout the day.

Watermelon
A slice of watermelon has a lot of electrolytes that the body needs, especially after sunbathing (that's why watermelon is always so refreshing at the seaside), but unfortunately, it also contains 17 grams of sugar. Although it seems that watermelon satisfies all our needs, be very, very moderate.

Figs
Two small figs have 16 grams of sugar, and figs used as decorations for other dishes have even more. Although figs are extremely healthy, their high sugar content places them on the list of forbidden foods. Nutritionists add a note: if you must eat figs, eat them only in the morning, when you have enough opportunities to use up the excess energy appropriately.

And one more thing... If figs are added to yogurt, cereals, and/or other foods, know that it is a real calorie bomb.

Bananas
For many people, the average 14 grams of sugar found in one banana is too much. It's better to eat half a banana because the sugar in bananas is never good (unless you pick a ripe banana straight from the tree).

Of course, there is also fruit with less sugar:

Avocado
Although avocado is extremely healthy and contains only 1.3 grams of sugar, we must be careful about its energy density (it contains a lot of calories). Even if you eat it as an addition to salads or sandwiches, it is still not good to eat it every day.

Raspberries
It is recommended to eat 8 grams of raspberries every day, which contain 5 grams of sugar, but most of the rest are healthy fibers that cleanse the body and strengthen the immune system. If you eat 8 grams of raspberries, it would be very healthy. But if you are one of those who overdo it, pay attention to the sugar content. And one more thing... Raspberries are very high in energy (they have a lot of calories).

Melon
Melon is a fruit with the best ratio of energy value to sugar content. An average slice contains 5 grams of sugar and only 23 calories. If you love sweets, you shouldn't overlook melon, especially since it pairs well with salty dishes.

Strawberries
Strawberries actually don't have as much sugar as it seems. It's known that a kilogram of lemons has more sugar than a kilogram of strawberries. Moreover, strawberries are very refreshing. Strawberries are one of the few fruits that you can eat as much as you want, even when dieting.
