For a better and healthiest start to the day, you need:
- 3 tablespoons of soy yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 teaspoons of buckwheat
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
The key phase of preparing this mixture is the flaxseed oil and yogurt. Put both in a blender and mix very well, as only this way the molecules of the sweet flaxseed oil blend with those of the yogurt. The most important components here are the omega-3 fatty acids, which, in connection with the yogurt, create an environment where the absorption of nutrients increases up to five times.
