Bad food affects the whole body
Did you know that blood must maintain a pH level between 7.35 and 7.45 at all times? This is not easy to achieve, especially if you don’t eat properly.
To keep your body in good condition, you should consume two-thirds alkaline food and one-third acidic food. If you disrupt this internal balance and it lasts for several days, your immune system can weaken to the point where you become ill. Therefore, it’s important that your body is always in motion, and this isn't just about physical activity; your internal organs must function well too.

Do you know what acidic food is?

Acidic food isn't just what tastes sour; it’s about what it breaks down into in your stomach. Acidic foods include all types of meat, eggs, fish, shellfish, meat products, dairy products, cheese, and even ice cream. Grains, bread, walnuts, hazelnuts, sesame, and sunflower seeds are also acidic.

The foods you should mostly eat are vegetables, fruits, coffee, rice, potatoes, chocolate, tea, even carbonated drinks, wine, alcohol...
