Ingredients (recipe is for one person):
- 200 g of fresh chard
- two cloves of garlic
- half of small onion
- nutmeg
- spoonful of butter, two spoons of olive oil
- half decaliter of sweet cooking cream
- salt, pepper
- few thin slices of pancetta
- hard - boiled egg
- parmesan
We boil egg. On the butter and olive oil, we fry pancetta until it becomes crispy and place it aside, since we will later add it to the saucepan.
On the same fat we fry the onion and add garlic so it leaves a nice smell. We also add washed and roughly sliced chard and then mix everything.
Pour half a cup of hot water, add a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper and let it slowly boil for five minutes. Add sweet cream and let it cook covered for a few more minutes.
Pour into a suitably higher container and mix with an immersion blender so we get a thick creamy soup.
We serve in a deep cup, add the baked bacon, boiled egg and sprinkle with parmesan.
