- 500 g potatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 teaspoon spices
- 2 dl cream
- 1 liter water
Preparation:
Peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the onions into rings, saving some for decoration.
Cook the potatoes, water, and oil. Once the potatoes are softened, add the spices and roughly mash everything together. Finally, add the cream.
Serve with croutons and the reserved onion for decoration.
