Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup raspberries or blueberries
- 2 dl coconut milk or almond milk
To prepare this drink, you need frozen bananas. It is very important not to peel the bananas before freezing, otherwise they will oxidize. If you freeze whole bananas, you can keep them in the freezer for several months.
For one serving, you need one banana. Leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes to thaw a bit, then peel it. If you can’t do it by hand, use a knife. If you’re wondering why the bananas need to be frozen, it’s for a better, creamier taste and texture, similar to ice cream. This gives you a feeling of fullness, and after just one glass, you'll feel like you’ve had a substantial meal.
Of course, you can also use fresh bananas, but it’s definitely worth comparing the flavors.
Cut the banana into smaller pieces, add a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, half an avocado, raspberries (they can also be frozen), and coconut milk. Blend everything well (at least 3 minutes) until you get a smooth mixture. You can add a tablespoon of honey for sweetness, according to taste.
