Ingredients:
- 1/4 small head of red cabbage
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cucumber
Preparation:
Thoroughly wash all the ingredients. Chop the cabbage. Cut the apple, with the skin, into smaller pieces. Do the same with half of a fresh cucumber. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for at least 2 minutes.
For taste, you can also add a bunch of basil and a little fresh mint.
Drink the juice while it's fresh. Once it sits, it loses some of its nutritional value.
