Eating noodles, pasta, and sausages can lead to a range of illnesses, and in children, it can even cause improper development. That's why their consumption should be limited to just twice a week. It would be even better to completely ban such foods for children.
Parents play a significant role in shaping children's dietary habits. If a child learns to eat cakes, chocolates, and sweets in their youth, they will have to give them up or at least limit them for the rest of their lives. Diseases like diabetes and obesity are becoming increasingly burdensome for healthcare systems, and the problem could be solved simply by not eating noodles, pasta, and sausages in the evening—this applies to both adults and children.
The problem with such food is its lack of balance. Sure, it can satisfy immediate cravings, but in the long run (a few hours), it doesn't solve any problems, let alone fill us up.
This problem is even more significant in children.
