Free yourself from toxins in the colon
In addition to cleansing and detoxifying the body, this drink will give you energy and strengthen your nervous system

The ancient Greeks already used this recipe to get rid of undigested food and excess mucus. They believed that this drink heals the body, which is why they drank it almost as often as we take headache pills today. Today we know that this drink has many more important functions, and that it can treat and prevent chronic fatigue, headaches, blood pressure problems, cholesterol, and in addition, it helps regulate body weight (if you have excess weight, it dissolves it effectively).

But the most important property of this drink is still its cleansing ability. The colon is actually the most exposed part, so it’s right to occasionally cleanse it of toxins – this applies even if you eat healthy food.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons homemade apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon homemade honey
  • 2 dcl boiled and cooled water
Preparation:

Use boiled water that has cooled to room temperature. The honey and vinegar should be homemade, because only in this way will they contain enough nutrients. Mix everything together, wait until the honey is completely dissolved, and then drink it. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner – so 3 times a day).

If you decide on an occasional preventive course, then be persistent and drink it before meals for at least a week. During this time, your colon will be cleaned enough that you should not have any problems for a month or two. Of course, this depends on a whole range of factors, but it is the right step towards stronger health.
