7 things you can only find in bad restaurants
Finding a restaurant with good food is not easy. High prices, elite location, and unnecessary luxury do not guarantee top-notch gourmet experiences
1. No one greets you at the entrance. Of course, this doesn't mean that there must be a mascot at the entrance pulling you into the restaurant, but it's still appropriate for someone to greet you at the entrance or just before it, someone who knows how to excite you, who will raise pleasant expectations for you, who will immediately guess what kind of food you desire at that moment. People need encouragement and we like it when someone else decides for us. Everyone likes to be pleasantly surprised.

2. Avoid restaurants with signs that say international and those that offer sushi, strudel, and tourist menus at the same time. If a restaurant has more than 10 dishes on the menu, then it's not that great. Restaurants with only one, two, or three dishes are called fast food. If a place offers too many dishes, then only a few of them are fresh. Pay attention to the daily specials as well. The best restaurants have more dishes on the daily specials than on the regular menu.

3. It matters when a restaurant is empty and when it's full. When it's lunch or dinner time, good restaurants are always full; it's nothing special if they are occasionally empty in between. At least this way you know that only guests who appreciate good food are coming in. Each restaurant has guests who match its offerings.

4. There are still restaurants that don't accept credit cards. Restaurant owners naturally prefer cash-paying customers because no one tips on a credit card. In addition, restaurants that accept cards have organized operations, follow regulations, and have employees with a proper attitude. The financial order reflects the order in the kitchen.

5. Waiting for the menu exhausts. If you don't get it in the first minute, or even worse, if no one notices that you've entered, then you should be worried. Do you think that a chef in such a restaurant notices that the steak is burning and that the salad isn't properly cleaned? No.

6. Some have price tags and handwritten prices. Does this mean that they changed prices today? Do they change them every day? Can't the owner decide how much something costs? This can only mean one thing: prices are set as they please and not based on actual costs. Stay away from such places!

7. Sometimes there are more side dishes than main courses. Good restaurants don't cover the plate with roasted potatoes when you order grilled fish. Good restaurants don't offer shrimp risotto when they have never even seen shrimp. And good restaurants don't serve mushroom soup from packets with a few slices of cheap mushrooms.
