At what hours can you eat unlimitedly?
It sounds unbelievable, but there are hours when nothing you eat will harm you.
We present to you a secret that applies to practically all people in the world. Throughout the day, there are periods when you can eat anything without it affecting your weight.

Do you remember this article: Do you suddenly wake up in the middle of the night? It talks about how our body also performs specific tasks at night: cleansing the kidneys and liver, oxygenating muscles, detoxifying the body, and more. Just as these processes are precisely defined at night, there are also processes that are pre-programmed during the day. That's why there are safe hours when you can eat as much as you want without gaining weight.

Take note of this!

Additionally, keep in mind that all hours are aligned with waking up in the morning at 7 am. So, if you woke up at six today, you don't have to rush with food. Wait for the optimal time. But if you usually sleep until eight and do so every day (the time that repeats more than three days is crucial), add 1 hour to the hours listed below.

The most important rule is not to have breakfast before 7 am, with the most optimal time being 7:11.

Have lunch between 12 and 1 pm, with the most optimal time being 12:38.

The ideal time for a snack is at 11:01, 3:14 pm, and 9:31 pm (if you are still awake).

And dinner? Eat no later than 6:14 pm.

These hours were determined by researchers when they analyzed the eating habits of more than 800 Britons. They monitored them for almost a year, with no differences between the seasons. Due to the internal rhythm, it is important to go to bed at roughly the same time every evening and wake up at the same time every morning. Remember that the body adapts to changes after three consecutive days. So, it is equally important to go to sleep and wake up at approximately the same time.
