8 Foods That Nutritionists Never Eat

1. Canned tomatoes

6. Beef
Conscientious farmers do not feed their cows corn, soy, or other grains to promote weight gain. Healthy cows find grass entirely sufficient. The meat of animals fed with various growth enhancers contains fewer vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, while fats often accumulate many toxic substances.

7. Farmed fish
The water in fish farms is often more polluted than any other water. In addition, such fish are often fed antibiotics and chemicals, which can cause cancer in humans. Avoid farmed fish at all costs.

8. Instant popcorn
The problem with homemade microwave popcorn is perfluorooctanoic acid found on the inner side of the packaging. This is a highly carcinogenic substance that accumulates in the body over the years and is very difficult to remove. Of course, you won't get sick from just one bag of popcorn...
