Ayurvedic water with spices
Ayurvedic water with spices is used for detoxifying the body. Can you prepare it?
The Ayurvedic approach to treatment and nutrition has been tested and proven over millennia of use. It's not a passing fad, and you might be surprised at how many illnesses you can treat this way. This water is ideal for times when food is not as nutritious as in the summer.

The main advantage of Ayurvedic water is its impact on digestion. In India, this water is used for body detoxification. 80% of health actually comes from food and a healthy lifestyle. This means you don't have to change anything else in your life, just regularly drink Ayurvedic water, walk for at least 30 minutes every day, and forget about staying up late. If you wake up at 6 a.m. in the morning, which is the optimal time, then you must go to bed by 10 p.m. at the latest. Additionally, it's very important to go to bed at the same time every night.

Otherwise, with Ayurvedic water, you can also treat headaches, nervousness, stress, and other psychological issues. You can improve your blood count and lose weight to your optimal weight (it's important not to gain weight - especially during autumn and winter).

What do we need for Ayurvedic water?
  • 3 thin slices of ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fennel
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 liters of water
Preparation:

First, boil the water, then pour it into a dark bottle to slowly cool down. Now add the other ingredients and wait for it to cool down to room temperature. It's best to prepare this water the night before.

Drink this water throughout the day and as slowly as possible. Stick with it for at least 3 days, as that's when you'll start to see the first changes.
