Learn about the most important home remedy
Even Hippocrates used clay to treat rheumatic diseases, injuries from war campaigns, even typhus was overcome with it, but today we prefer a collection of tablets.
Clay is proven to heal and this is recognized even by official medicine, which uses it in the treatment of arteriosclerosis, diseases of the respiratory tract, changes in the skin, and at the same time it helps a lot in cleansing the body, stomach problems and even hair loss. Clay is considered to help both externally and internally, and it contains as many as 75 different minerals, which explains its many healing properties.

The most surprising finding is that clay lowers cholesterol because it accelerates metabolism and strengthens intestinal flora.

How to use clay?

We usually make a compress out of clay and place it on the affected area for 20 to 30 minutes. here it is good to know that red clay helps with joint and spine inflammation. Pink clay helps to heal blood vessels (especially in the legs). Yellow clay helps with inflammation, relaxes and is mainly intended for problems on the face. White clay treats skin diseases and is most often used in cosmetics (it is especially effective in removing wrinkles). Blue clay is the most universal of all. Of course, the color of clay depends on its chemical composition.

Clay potion

A clay potion is very popular among healers. The internal use of clay is at least as important as the external use, although we must add that there is very little scientific evidence of its medicinal effects.

A clay drink is prepared by putting a teaspoon of powdered clay in a glass. Pour 1 to 2 deciliters of water over it. Mix well and wait a few minutes for sediment to form at the bottom of the glass (it is not necessary to drink the sediment). Drink the drink in the morning on an empty stomach, or in the evening before going to bed, for no more than 3 weeks in a row. Then you need to take a break for at least a week, and then you can repeat the process.

Finally, one more question: is clay a miracle cure?

No way. According to Father Ašič, clay is a tool that should be an integral part of every home pharmacy.
