Foods that nutritionists do not eat
Dishes that nutritionists do not eat have several common characteristics: they have low nutritional value, high in calories, contain chemical additives, and increase insulin in the blood
Nutrition experts, or nutritionists, do not always agree on everything. We know both self-taught and certified nutritionists, each with their own dietary philosophy. However, there are some things that are common to all those who want to eat healthily. Therefore, we present to you some foods that are best to avoid.

Industrially produced pastries have low nutritional value, high in calories, and often contain substances that can be harmful to our health. In addition, pastries can cause weight gain and burden metabolic processes.

Chips, doughnuts, and pastries are prepared in oil that has been heated to boiling point multiple times, leading to cancerous diseases. Additionally, chips are often made from genetically modified potato varieties, which is another reason to avoid these products (homemade chips are just as delicious, if not more).

Frozen dumplings are often made from questionable ingredients, and the filling with jam and fruits can be particularly harmful.

Although we cannot say that all carbonated beverages are harmful, we can say that beverages with above-average sugar content are detrimental. When combined with CO2 bubbles, followed by large quantities of sodium or salt, it is clear why you feel thirsty again shortly after consuming some sugary drinks.

Fruit and vegetable juices bought from stores are not actually pure juices, but factory products where production is pushed to the extreme limits. Instead of natural juices, extracts are used, preservatives are added for longer shelf life, and artificial coloring is commonly used.

Even mayonnaises are full of preservatives, not to mention the questionable quality of the ingredients. Pay attention, especially to the fats, which can be very harmful. Use only quality mayonnaise.

Cow's milk is often fermented with accelerants that remain in the milk. Additionally, milk is often overheated, further reducing the amount of nutrients.

The issue with packaged nuts is that they are often oversalted and contain added preservatives (how else would the shelf life be extended for several months, or even years). The problem with bulk nuts (buying by the scoop) is also not entirely safe. Who can guarantee that the nuts are fresh? In Germany, inspectors recently found nuts that were harvested in 2010. Traces of pesticides, banned since that year, were found in the nuts. The problem with bulk is that foods are constantly added to the containers, mixed, and you will never know what batch you will get. Buying in bulk is certainly an attractive way of shopping, but only if the foods are in their original bags with all the necessary labeling.

All nutritionists (educated and self-taught) will tell you right away that sugar should be removed from your diet. All types of sweeteners (natural and artificial) have a high glycemic index and can cause various issues in the body - clogged arteries, increased stress on the heart and liver. Among all sugars, fructose is the most problematic.
