Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of homemade apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- a pinch of cayenne pepper (can also use black pepper)
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
First, mix ground pepper, turmeric, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Mix everything very well. Then, wash the lemon well, grate the lemon zest, and add it to the mixture. Only then add honey and mix everything well.
We recommend preparing this mixture in a glass container and stirring with a wooden or plastic spoon. You can store the mixture in the fridge, and we recommend consuming one tablespoon in the morning and one in the evening.
If you have a cold or the flu, consume half a teaspoon of this mixture every hour. After two days, your health should significantly improve, so you can consume half a teaspoon every two hours.
One important warning is not to mix this mixture with hot tea. If the tea is cooled to room temperature, there is no issue; otherwise, any temperature above 42 degrees will destroy the beneficial properties of this golden mixture.
