You must have heard of the positive effects of green tea, but the diet in combination with almond milk is rarely known. In addition, it is a one-day diet, which has many healing effects.

Buy green tea in a pharmacy because the tea bag does not have the same effect. In fact, all teas in bags are significantly less effective and some of them even lose all healing properties because of filter bags.
Boil the milk first. As soon as it starts to boil, leave it aside and wait until it cools. It is important to add tea only when milk becomes lukewarm - ideally when the temperature drops below 62 degrees Celsius. Then add 2 tablespoons of green tea, cover and let it stand for 20 minutes.
At the end, filter the tea with milk and drink it throughout the day. It's enough to have a cup of tea every two hours, but you should also drink at least 2 liters of liquid. Green tea with almond milk is a strong diuretic, so you must make sure that you have enough fluid in your body.
While drinking tea you will be completely without any appetite, even if you do not eat anything this day. It's also important that you do not repeat this diet more than twice a month!
For the end, a warning: the diet is not suitable for people with low blood pressure, for people with stomach problems and milk allergies. You should also avoid it if you have gallstones or other metabolic problems. In these cases, you should definitely contact your doctor beforehand.
