Potatoes themselves are not harmful. What’s harmful is our way of using them and combinations that burden our body instead of strengthening it.
Potato juice contains a lot of vitamins B and C, contains plenty of potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and copper, strengthens the immune system, and above all, is very filling.
How do we make potato juice?
The process is simple: use one medium-sized potato, peel it, and cut it into small cubes. Put the cubes in a juicer and squeeze out fresh juice. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a regular blender and then strain everything through a cotton cloth.
The juice is best fresh. Drink it slowly and, if possible, without any additives. If you don't like the taste, you can sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey.
It is recommended to drink such juice on an empty stomach (at least half an hour before breakfast). Otherwise, this natural juice strengthens the immune system, acts as an anti-inflammatory, helps relieve arthritis, and assists in overcoming other joint-related issues, heals internal ulcers, cleanses the liver and gallbladder, and in Japan, such juice is officially recommended by medicine for treating hepatitis (it is unknown why this is not recommended here as well). According to experts, potato juice also helps lower cholesterol because it is rich in fiber, cleanses the digestive system, and helps with constipation. Since it contains a lot of glycoalkaloids, it also has remarkable anti-tumor properties that prevent cancer cells from spreading throughout the body.
